Returns, Exchanges & Disputes

  • If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us straight away.
  • Please retain your receipt or invoice with transaction ID as proof of purchase.
  • We do not generally offer refunds if you simply change your mind, and no refunds or exchanges are available without proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges however, can be made, and must be for same or greater value. Total price includes GST.
  • Exchanges or refunds can not take place until the item has been returned and inspected.
  • Items to be exchanged must be shipped or freighted at the cost of the customer.
  • Items that are faulty may be repaired or replaced. Items must be shipped back to be inspected. The cost of shipping or freight will be covered by Jons Family Jewellers.
